Valentine’s Day Breakfast by Hungry Girl in Korea
As an American ESL teacher in Korea, I have had to find creative ways to make my comfort foods with foreign ingredients. I like making healthy and delicious meals by mixing unique ingredients from Korea like sweet red beans and roasted soybean powder with my American staples like French toast. This is the beauty of fusion food, the mix of familiar and foreign.
