Simple and yummy chutney which goes well with dosas and idlis

Ingredients

Onion

Tomato

Teaspoon
chilli powder

coconut

dried red chilli

Preparation steps

1Heat oil in a pan and add dried red chilli

2Fry it for a minute and then remove it from pan and keep it aside

3Add finely sliced onions and salt and saute it until onion becomes sauteed
-
4Add kashmiri chilli powder and fry it for a minute
-
5Add sliced tomato and saute it till it becomes soft
-
6Add coconut and mix well
-
7Remove from fire and let it cool
-
8Grind the dried red chillies
-
9Add onion, tomato and coconut mixture and grind it to a smooth paste
