Pancakes with a drizzle of Maple syrup is so beautiful!I havent ever had a pancake,so thought I shall make one :-) So heres the pancake that I made and found very tasty!

4 Servings
All purpose flour 2 Cups
Baking powder 2 12 Teaspoons
Granulated Sugar 2 Tablespoons
Salt12 Teaspoon
Eggs 2
Milk 1 12 Cups
Butter, melted 2 Tablespoons
Preparation Steps
  • Sift together flour, baking powder, sugar, and salt. In a separate bowl, whisk together the eggs and 1 1/2 cups of milk; add to flour mixture, stirring only until smooth.

  • Blend in melted butter. If the batter seems too thick to pour, add a little more milk. Cook on a hot, greased griddle, using about 1/4 cup of batter for each pancake.

  • Cook until bubbly, a little dry around the edges, and lightly browned on the bottom; turn and brown the other side.

  • I served the pancakes with maple syrup. You can serve them with honey, fruit compote etc.
