Mini Lemon Sponge Cheesecakes with Lemon Curd Simple and elegant lined up on a classic white dessert platter. I'm not friend with heavy biscuit layer in the usual cheesecake, so I replaced with a lemon sponge cake, that makes cheesecake so light and more delicious, with tangy lemon curd finish. As you see, I make a very small one, love to serve small dessert and see that people can finish it in a minute. Anyway if you want to feel more of cheesecake layer make it a bigger size.
Parmesan Bread Bowls with Roasted Cherry Tomatoes A fun and unusual way to serve your favorite filling! for dinner, breakfast or appetizer. They are easy to make, smell good while baking, look good, and taste wonderful. I love filled them with tomato sauce cooked with onions, garlic and peppers. On the top, place cherry tomatoes, drizzled with olive oil and sprinkle parmesan cheese, then roasted before serving.
Like its name, this incredibly rich and flavourful curry will definitely transport you to the era of the Nawabs. I was in the mood to experiment with the concoction of nuts with chicken, and since cashew and almonds have been used and overused, decided to give walnuts a try. I am not a walnut-eater in general, but still I was happy with the outcome and the way my parents almost licked it off their plates!
This extraordinarily soft and fluffy pancake is courtesy the domestic goddess Nigella Lawson which I have tweaked conveniently. I used blueberry preserve to get the flavour because of the unavailability of the real fruit in my part of the world. For for all of you who have access to blueberries, this pancake should taste 10 times nicer!
Chocolate cake can never go wrong! This is one of the easiest recipes that I have come across and is much more worth than the effort. I baked this for a get together with friends and also for my colleagues at work and it came out perfect both times. Recipe Source: http://...
Such a warm, comforting dish; and wonderfully simple to make. As long as the ingredients are fresh, the flavors sing through this dish. Go as easy or heavy on the butter as you'd like and remember, less is more when it comes to spicing this dish that hugs you from the inside.
