Yes steamed buns. they don't need an oven and they can be made with filling too. This recipe is for plain buns that goes well with some chilly beef/pork. Had these for the first time at Momo hut, Kormangala and could not resist making them. They are a bit yellowish despite my efforts to keep them white :) but maybe I will master the art next time.
