Onions and peppers diced and toasted in oil and honey. Diced tomatoes Chicken Sausages toasted and sliced into rings Bacon and ham toasted with barbecue sauce. Fresh Italian Basil, Rosemary and parsley chopped.
Tim doesn’t stop talking about spinach in four hour body, so I’ve been trying to eat a ton of it. Here’s a chef salad I threw together to bolster my spinach intake. Cheese is a nono for the slow carb diet, so don’t add it if you don’t want to. Also make sure the dressing you use (I use greek or whatever vinegrette catches my eye at the grocery store) is slow carb okay. Also keep the tomatoes to a minimum (I do 4 per salad). I boiled a bunch of eggs at once and keep them in the fridge so assembling this salad is quick and easy. Depending on how much ham you pile on this can stand on its own as a lunch, but I’ve been eating it with soup.
