Chatpate aloo


An easy to make starter, little spicy but goes well as starter

4 Servings
Baby Potatoes 15
Oil 2 Tablespoons
Coriander Powder 2 Teaspoons
Red Chilly powder 1 Teaspoon
Dry Mango Powder 2 Teaspoons
Garam masala 1 Teaspoon
Seasame Seeds 2 Teaspoons
Fennel powder 1 Teaspoon
Salt to taste
Fresh Mint for Garnishing
Preparation Steps
  • Boil Potatoes , peel and let it cool

  • Heat Oil ( you can use any refined oil, i used olive oil)

  • Stir potatoes in oil for 2-3 minutes

  • Add dry spices

  • Stir for another two three minutes

  • Garnish with mint leaves
